Local Orthodontics was a start-up orthodontic practice that needed to brand themselves and create a digital presence focused on generating new patient starts. They wanted a brand voice that would encompass their personality and a responsive site design that mirrored the atmosphere for their brock and mortar presence.
I started working on Local Orthodontics from the beginning, working with the team to define the name and tagline. I was then able to design a brand with custom-designed typography that was flexible in presentation state and icon use. I narrowed down the color pallet with the client to land in hues the both fit their brand and resonated with the target demographic. I furthered the visual language while bringing their branding onto various print projects. Their website was designed with usability in mind and from wireframe to design mock ups I wad hands on creating layouts, graphic assets, leading client presentations and managing the production work of the junior design team and providing creative direction and feedback.
Local Orthodontics wanted a brand that reflected their fun yet professional personality and would be engaging in their target market. They also wanted a responsive web presence that would work for them by utilizing targeted conversion funnels in order to increase the number of their new patient starts.
I worked with the team to define the name and tagline, conducted research into their target market and local industry competitors. Though sketches and design iterations I was able to design a brand with custom-designed typography to create a logo that encompassed the fun and professional feel of their practice. I created a flexible logomark that was usable in various including icon usage. I applied color psychology principles to created a color pallet that both fit their brand voice and resonated with the target demographic. I furthered the visual language while bringing their branding onto various print projects. The responsive website was designed with usability best practices, with targeted conversion funnels designed to increase new patient starts.
The client was thrilled with their new brand. They reported increased brand engagement on social media platforms and and increase in new patient starts from their new website design.
